At Lucky & Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
